You know. That's the funny thing. I was at the base of a mountain in Ecatepec. That absorbs quake vibrations most of the time and we don't realize something happened until we read it in the news. But this beast was so strong that I actually felt it and all the dogs in the area were barking. My kids live with their mom in a posh area up in another mountain and they have the same situation, they never feel a thing. But they actually called me to see how I was.
So, yes. This was a very strong quake and I don't want to think what would have been like to be in a tall building or structure while it struck. |

Oh, and I live in San Cristobal, in Ecatepec, and my kids live in Lomas de Lindavista, in Tlalnepantla. I guess we were on the path of the seismic wave.
