Problem: Ask SE posts never show up

Description: Steele, it's been a while since I tried to post an Ask SE, and it keeps failing. As I recall, it failed last time and I eventually gave up. Could you check on it? It gives me the message, "Your entry has been posted and will now be at the top of the index page." but it never shows.

Ask SE post made by user successfully. Closing the ticket until somebody tells me the changes I made break everything in some way I do not forsee. :D

I believe this issue was caused by the database flaking when transferring the entries between the transient and live tables. Added code to make sure the live entry is successful before deleting the old.

Awaiting testing from the user before closing the ticket.
