The right and the media has been trying her comments about Trumps supporters as huge negative.
"half" of Donald Trump's supporters fit into a "basket of deplorables"
Who will Hillary Clinton’s ‘basket of deplorables’ comment actually alienate?
Well it wasn't. And although she has walked back the 1/2 part of it She has stuck to the comment...and that is good, politically. Reminding people that what Trump has done in giving voice to disgusting elements of our society is necessary and plain good politics.
Walks back the number
But this episode today was devastating in it's appearance and it fed into the narrative they right has been pushing that she has one foot in the grave.

The announcement by her doctor that she has pneumonia helped to take the OHHH out of it a little but it was still the worst thing to happen to her campaign so far.
Now if over the next few days she looks OK it will fade. If it lingers the narrative will get louder. The right will still start printing her death notices and Trump may push it...as a matter of fact he could push it too far and blow back on him his health is still in question.
