Yes, yes it fucking was. You're not supposed to argue with people, you're supposed to downmod and move on. You're not supposed to give people a chance to change their category or post when they repost, you're supposed to downmod so that there's a karmic consequence for not abiding by the category positing limits and not searching for reposts. It's literally the intent with which matt (all hail the asshole creator) designed the system.
