We got the ACA. We got gay marriage. We got the feds to deprioritize soft drugs. We got Trans use of bathrooms. Those incremental changes probably mean nothing to you because they don't all directly benefit you, but for many people, it meant living free from fear of recrimination for being who they were born to me.
If that's nothing, I don't know what to say to you.
