Well hopefully my 75$ plan that is 50mbps up and 10mbps down will be going down in price... Who am i kidding I'm with "Tellus"

This post isn't getting much love but this is really welcome news my plan is also way too much for speeds that are half the price in other countries . Though Canada is a very large country and it does take a lot more to get the signal to some of our more remote areas. But apparently this means that they can define Winnipeg as a remote area and charge me my leg for an email.
