I'm not convinced Merchan will actually put him in jail. But a jury verdict is objectively hard to appeal, and Merchan's caution during the trial will make it even harder.
Yes, skepticism is healthy, but until we have an actual reason for disappointment in this situation: Happy Trump Felony Conviction Day!
