quote [ Rolling coverage of the day’s political developments as they happen ]
*quietly rubs bridge of nose*
I might update the link to a full article when I find a good one.
So the initial reaction seems to be: 1) Labour will get wiped out, too much petty infighting in recent months/years 2) Lib Dems will likely have some resurgence, partly because of the vacuum created by Labour, partly because they'll be running on a solid "Not leaving the EU" platform. 3) Tories are probably going to do very well, I think. As well as being (some would argue, I'm not saying whether I'm one of them or not) the most credible party running, they'll probably mop up some UKIP voters, since the UKIP vote was a protest, and hopefully no-one actually wants those fuckers trying to run something important. And remember UKIP, although only getting one MP (who's already defected) got a LOT of votes two years ago. They were just too distributed to put bums on seats. My other question is whether human shitbiscuit Nigel Farage will try to run for parliament for the eigth time, or stay fucked off in America, keeping his nose lodged as firmly in Trumps ass as his punchable, chinless head can manage.
