I was nominated to be in this (the regular who's who one). I just assumed it was spam, having never heard of it, even after their follow up email. Knowing that I'm not actually notable enough to be included in such a thing, it would be embarrassing to appear in it, having submitted a bio as though I thought I was.

Edit: I frequently get solicited to write papers and book chapters for journals completely unrelated to my actual expertise (but rarely in it), so being "who's who" just fell in with that lot of auto-solicitations in my mind.
