I was listening to NPR this morning and heard the Senator say this. The commentators didn't say anything about the meme. The commentators did ask a salient question: If the administration is saying that Russian hacking is a problem does it matter what Don Cheeto says?

They can't really do anything about the problem until he tells them to. |
