Truly the saddest bunch of puppies. My favorite part is Beale concluding that it must have been a targeted attack on his community specifically rather than just being a grift which would have gladly taken money from anybody else equally stupid enough to give it to them.

I don't understand why Beale gave the money to Wolfgramm. What was the purpose? He could have put the money in a bank account.

It says that the money was to be held in escrow. So, investors would have visibility of the money, and be confident that Beale couldn't just withdraw it all and run. Of course, there was one teeny flaw in the plan...

Could he have put the money in escrow in a reputable institution, like a large bank or similar? I don't know much about finance.

I don't understand why they get artificial raspberry flavouring for food from the anal glands of beavers. Surely it's easier to just grow real raspberries than continually have to chase beavers around and squeeze their butts.

I'm pretty sure it's vanilla, not raspberry.

Those cute little mammals have more flavours than a slushie machine.
