I have a feeling those pictured aren't of the hue that would benefit from this new law.
Moreover, police will use it - and likely successfully - to justify killing (particularly people of that hue) for any reason. "I feared for my life!" |

If I recall correctly, this is just returning the law to what it was under the common law. You can resist an unlawful arrest or entry the same way you could for anyone trying to kidnap you or burglarize your home, except that your honest though mistaken belief that it was unlawful was not a defense if you were wrong.
