quote [ Dive into a one-billion block multiplayer simulation generated by Euler's Number. Experience 6DOF flight, mine voxel anomalies, stun rivals, and break the matrix directly in your browser. ]
So I have been thinking doing some work or more unfinished projects/games/distractions.
Have added a black/warp-hole at 500,500,500 that applies a drag that is constantly pulling at your ship, if you enter it resets you somewhere in the map and resets your MASS to 100 and applies a random +1 to a STAT LVL. You can no longer hit 'u' to enter UPGRADES from anywhere, instead enter orbit around the FAVICON terminals spaced out at 100,100,100 , 100,100,200 , ... , ... , 900,900,800 , 900,900,900 or just follow a teal arrow. 'h' now lets you modify your HULL any which way. 'f' starts a call 'g' hangs a call up; trying to use a STAR TREE NETWORK with Supernode to Leaf clusters of 1 to 3 with upto 4 supernodes for 16 player chat. Assign the Supernodes on the fly and have a hand over auto-dialer if supernode leaves. Oh the Emoji Cube 'y' now has a NUM PAD 1-9 shortcut for facing surface shortcuts. Needing to update the server code to track the updated STATs 'j' but sort of distracted with testing out what I call Whales (if I could 3d model better){I picture holographic Whales 2 that swim opposite each other both will be singing which will project across map and depending on how far player from each makes background music} also want to test out Jelly Fish things that spawn in areas where 10x10x10 is mined spawn to in they only float in empty voids and they breed when to touch they make 4, when 5 in a set area they combine into one entity then when 25 in one area combine again (using bots to on server to play the roles) thinking they apply a slow down effect to the players if caught in tentacles and can be shot in head to get MASS back. /DATA-DUMP If your intrigued how the whales might look. A Firefox Console Inject Should I bother adding a STRIPE payment for DONATIONS to the page or is it to toy-ish. Don't want LOOT BOXES, SEASONS or PAY-2-WIN, but I was thinking would take donations and if you paid a certain tier; added notes could be custom request that could be added in game or a negotiated compromise. Watching it on a screen after awhile, especially with the new sound effect for collisions; reminds me of Pachinko.

Oh yea also updated the back end files.
Instead of 2000 gz to represent the Billion voxels. Refined to 1000 gz and a reference manifest. Took layering and re-compressing, plus a run analysis to build the palettes. 2.12 GB to present the map data, so hopefully higher engines might not outpace the map loading. |

Refined so array overflow from voxel map tracking didn't crash mobiles to quickly.
Pushed to index. Now just trying to refine the first Leviathan. Calling this one WHALE they sing and produce a sort of stereoscopic back-ground whale song track. They contain 60 flashing orbs that can be exploded, the person who mines the last orb earns +1 all STAT lvls. It implodes and goes dormant, the other one enters morning audio mode. After both taken out; they enter a reset sleep cycle and to exploded and keep "swimming". They mitigate the current if you are inside them as "holograchic". Was looking at tying the cycle in with the black/warp-hole. When they both go into reset mode, make it implode into a star that if flown at would repulse you 50-150 voxels away. It would also turn the currents off while in this mode. To re-birth with the whales did. Also considering swapping from render.render to composer.render instead any filter effect suggestions? |

I'm still trying to make out what we're looking at here? Is this a voxel renderer of some sort of vibe-coded space flight sim? And the webcam image is the driver's seat cam? I'm very bad at this sort of game, so I just rotated around my axis. No wait, you can shoot the objects. Also, I opened the emoji cube but did not get what you do whith it.

How about mind mumbling's of an inner child whom used to going everywhere with their GameBoy.
"Is this a voxel renderer of some sort of vibe-coded space flight sim" = Bit of part A, dash of part B; large sprinkling of smashing lego bricks together; to get an outline of what it might become. "And the webcam image is the driver's seat cam?" = Webcam is drivers/pilots view and also webRTC(VoiP) portal, the system allows up to 16 players in one call. You can shoot the objects and collect the drops to upgrade your STATS 'j'. Also jerry-rigged (over C++ server & DB refresh) the first Leviathans into the game (whales), they also help produce the background "music". Each whale has it's own range and the player produces the sound via calculating distance from each source and blending the mix. If you mine the last of the 60 pink flashy orbs that make up a whale your treated to 1+ ALL STATS and you get to see the implode animation. The other whale then enters a morning sound song. Also after both have been killed they implode the black/warp-hole into a pulsar and stop the currents dragging you into the centre, they also enter a random reset/respawn timer to reset the sequence. "Also, I opened the emoji cube but did not get what you do whith it." = Again inner child, if you UP UP DOWN DOWN LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT you swap it into a colored cube. Just a digital version of a Rubik Cube. The lore in my head is space miner stuck in a cockpit mining resources (in a stylized world) the pilot has stats, comms/entertainment {once I get the mini-games and such added to the Quantum Call feature}. Was also thinking to include a mini-games menu so if there are other players in server and want a multiplayer mini-game you can both start one together say Chess/Checkers and it would also VoiP connect you to that player without having to physically find them like you do currently for the calls. The overlay for now is suppose to represent that cockpit with 2 holo-screens in the top corners. I also picture trying to get the z-indexing correct and wonder how it would present in VR. Index is the latest least buggy build with the Leviathans and such. Ondex is the buggy test ideas build. Oh also watching the new current drag features on an old HP All-in-One from 15 years ago just loop, a screen saver. Also nice to see I can leave it for days on that old machine and none if any slow down or crashing. P.S. CTRL + R or CTRL + F5 refresh hard if still seeing old version. "NO LOOT BOXES. NO SEASONS. NO PAY-TO-WIN. We are an independent indie dev. A completely DRM-free single-player version that you can store on any disc or USB is also in development. Early supporters who fund the grid will receive a digital copy upon release to do with as they please—maybe leave it in the cupboard with those old copies of Scrabble and Monopoly to while away a rainy day!" |
So should update the On-Boarding and TERMS.
But small niche toy.
