My friend made this and it's REALLY good and makes it easy to call your representatives. He even foots the bill for your call time. Call widely, share widely!
Nicely done, and he'd love more people to use it. He's also making improvements all the time, making it so that if you have a script you'd like people to follow that is easy for you to set up.
Good stuff and an interesting project.

Apparently the other systems that do this end up charging the organization that uses them several dollars per call, which ends up being worthwhile if it gets people to call -- this is super-very-automated and he's doing it for free.
