It's nice that this guy found his kink and an outlet for it. But when I think of some poor schmuck sitting in the piss of literally hundreds of guys on the subway because carrying achange of clothes just isn't how the Troughman rolls...maybe Uganda has a point.

In the article he says he usually did carry a change of clothes. If smelling nice were a requirement to be in public, it would be a rather different world.
